Terms and Conditions for RoadLink Rentals
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions, you must not use this website or our services.
- Rental Requirements
a. The renter must have a valid driver’s license.
b. The renter must be 18 years old or older.
c. The renter must provide a valid credit card.
- Rental Period
a. The minimum rental period is one day.
b. The renter can extend the rental period by contacting us before the rental period expires.
- Rental Fees
a. The rental fee includes the use of the motorcycle, helmet, and lock.
b. The rental fee does not include fuel.
c. The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the motorcycle.
d. The renter is responsible for any traffic or parking violations.
- Cancellation Policy
a. The renter can cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before the rental period begins.
b. If the renter cancels the reservation within 48 hours of the rental period, the rental fee is non-refundable.
- Limitation of Liability
a. RoadLink Rentals is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the renter’s use of the motorcycle.
b. RoadLink Rentals is not liable for any loss of personal property.
c. RoadLink Rentals is not liable for any traffic or parking violations.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
